Kids grow best in familiar places. That's why our pediatric occupational therapists work across every environment a child spends their day — and coordinate care between them.

We partner with schools to deliver OT in the classroom — supporting IEP goals, handwriting, attention, and sensory needs right where learning happens.

Our Lexington clinic offers one-on-one sessions with sensory equipment, swings and play-based activities designed around your child.

We bring OT directly into ABA centers, collaborating with BCBAs and technicians so children get coordinated care without extra trips.

Therapy in the natural environment — practicing dressing, feeding and routines in the place they happen every day.

Insurance & Billing
We believe families deserve to understand their benefits — and to trust every line on their statement. Here's how we handle coverage and payment for pediatric therapy, from first call to final invoice.
After your consultation request, send us your insurance card (front and back) through our secure portal — or bring it to your first visit.
Our billing team contacts your insurer to confirm your coverage, co-pays, deductible and any visit limits before we schedule care.
We walk you through exactly what's covered and what you'll owe — no surprises — before your first appointment is booked.
We cross-check each billing statement against the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) you receive from your insurer in the mail — the same document you get, so nothing is ever billed in error.
We bill most major plans directly. You're responsible only for co-pays, deductibles or non-covered services at the time of service.
Prefer not to use insurance? Transparent self-pay rates are available — ask our team for current pricing.
Keep a card securely on file in our encrypted portal for effortless, automatic payment after each visit.
And we hold ourselves to the same standard. We verify every statement against the Explanation of Benefits your insurer sends you — so the numbers you see are the numbers we see, every time.
